The Illinois Department of Public Health withdrew a proposal from Governor J.B. Pritzker that threatened a misdemeanor charge to business owners found defying the stay-at-home order. State Senator Sue Rezin calls it a small victory for businesses. She says a huge public outcry forced the governor to take a step back.
Rezin called the news a small step in the right direction.
