As we get ready for cold weather, it’s good to remember to find ways to stay fit, beyond shoveling snow.
The Peru Public Library has you covered with Wellness Wednesdays in October.
Every Wednesday at 10 this month, the library will have an expert on hand to help you stay well in the coming winter. Take part in Chair Yoga with Tana Yoga Studio, Diet Basics, Prescription Safety with IVCH, and Fire Safety with the Peru Fire Department.
